Serial number not working?

Make sure it contains only alphanumeric characters, with no spaces or special symbols.

Issue loading your receipt PDF in the browser?

Your receipt contains your download link and product key. It is generated after payment and usually opens in the same browser window, though it may sometimes open in a new tab.

If you have trouble viewing or saving the PDF, please check your email for the transaction receipt. Then contact us using the Help subject and include your transaction receipt number, using the same email address you used during your purchase.

Custom installers

For custom installers, we will create an installer tailored to your software and provide instructions on how to convert your application into a .DAT file so it works with the installer.

Please note that we do not package third-party software.

Support response times

Response times may vary depending on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Weekdays: Please allow 5–24 hours for a response.
Weekends and holidays: Responses may take up to 48 hours.

Custom work pricing

In addition to the prices of our publicly available products, custom installers and other bespoke software will incur a one-time labor fee. The amount varies depending on the complexity of the work involved.

AI Disclosure

Some parts of our software may contain AI-assisted content, which could include images, code, or both. While we strive to ensure all code and artwork is efficient and professional, we may use AI tools to review or optimize code for cleanliness and performance.

The software we provide is not solely generated by AI. Sensitive information, such as custom user data, is never shared with AI tools.
